Cowles & Co Team Leader
Chris Cowles has a rich family tradition in the Pikes Peak region dating back to the 1940s. At 37 years of age and a native of Colorado, Chris very early in his career, established himself as a top real estate agent while maintaining balance within his personal life. His “relational” approach to life serves as his building block for real estate along with his competitive spirit that was instilled as a child playing sports which continued through the college ranks.
Real Estate has been at the heart and soul of Chris since he was a child. In 7th grade (a long time ago) he wrote the two things he wanted to do for a career was either play baseball or sell real estate. He took baseball as far as he could and turned into a Realtor soon after his collegiate playing days. His drive to work with others to get the best possible result is what consistently drives Chris to succeed. Chris lends his time to nonprofit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and enjoys coaching youth baseball while attending First United Methodist Church.
Chris's most joyous moments are spent with his wife (Amber) son (Caden) and daughter (McKinley).
Chris makes it his personal goal to strive and achieve excellence in real estate day in and day out with a high level of energy, integrity, and honesty.
