Jason Lisowy prior to working in Real Estate worked for Ritz Carlton. There he went through their extensive training program that was developed to teach its employees the culture of providing the highest level of service. Jason specializes in residential sales and new construction in the Colorado Springs area. He assists buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals. 

When Jason assists sellers, he has developed a successful marketing strategy that makes his clients' home stand out against the competition. This strategy begins with carefully preparing the home to go on the market. Once the home is prepared Jason utilizes 3D Technology, Full Motion Video, Professional Photography, and Elegant Property Brochures to highlight the home's features. The property is then placed in the multiple listing service and has premium placement on the 4 major real estate search engines, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and Homes.com. In addition, the home is syndicated to over 900 websites including worldproperties.com which translates the properties features into 19 languages. Jason also provides each property with a 24/7 property information line. Jason's marketing targets buyers locally, nationally, and internationally. 

When assisting buyers Jason knows that today's world is a fast-paced one and that people want information in real-time. Jason utilizes the latest technology to make sure he can deliver his clients the latest information on properties. Jason also realizes his customers have busy schedules, so he needs to make the process easy. To achieve this, he utilizes a transaction management system that allows his clients to sign paperwork electronically no matter where they are. He also utilizes his vast network of service providers to assist buyers with financing, home inspections, insurance, decorating, or anything else they need to complete their home purchase.

Jason Lisowy is a family man and has been married to his wife Danielle for 13 years and they have 2 children together named Brittany and Brody. In his free time, Jason enjoys outdoor activities like golf, hiking, and spending time with friends.
